A Clearer Picture and Less Radiation with Digital Radiography from Livonia Dental Group

You know what X-rays are for. They let your dentist peek inside your mouth so he or she can get an idea of how your teeth and gums are doing. But traditional X-rays also emit radiation and are developed with chemicals that are dangerous for the environment.

Plus, once an X-ray’s been made, there’s the question of where you store it. Usually, this requires a large, complex filing system. And if Dr. Fox or one of our other dentists wants to show you something on your X-ray, the two of you have to huddle around a small lightboard and squint at a blurry image.

It’s for all these reasons our office relies on digital radiography for our X-rays instead.
